Who We Are

We are a lamb processing facility located in Brush, Colorado. Colorado Lamb Processors was created by families who have been a part of the sheep industry for generations and they include the Raftopoulos' from Craig, Colorado and the Rule's from Brush, Colorado. Construction of this facility was completed in 2020 and opened for operation in March.
